 Paneer Butter Masala Recipe


Paneer Butter Masala ek creamy aur buttery North Indian curry hai jo sabko pasand aati hai. Isse ghar par banana bahut hi aasan hai.

Ingredients:


Paneer – 200 gm (cubed)

Butter – 2 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Tomato – 3 (pureed)

Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

Garlic – 4 cloves (minced)

Ginger – 1 inch (grated)

Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp

Cashew Nuts – 10 (soaked and blended)

Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric – ½ tsp

Garam Masala – ½ tsp

Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp (crushed)

Salt – as per taste

Water – as needed

Coriander leaves – for garnish

Method

1. Ek pan me butter aur oil garam karein.


2. Onion, ginger, garlic daal kar bhunein.


3. Tomato puree add karein aur achhe se cook karein.


4. Cashew paste, salt, masale daal kar 5 min tak bhunein.


5. Thoda paani daal kar gravy banayein.

6. Ab paneer cubes daal kar 5-7 min pakayein.


7. Cream, kasuri methi, aur garam masala daal kar mix karein.


8. Garnish karein coriander leaves se.
